Fondacioni SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë është organizatë joqeveritare e përkujdesjes sociale e dedikuar për përkrahjen e fëmijëve pa përkujdesje prindërore dhe në nevojë, pa marrë parasysh etninë, kombësinë dhe besimin fetar.
SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve për nevojat e projektit regjional “Fuqizimi dhe aftësimi të rinjëve përmes mundësive të reja – YEEP II”, projekt ky i cili zbatohet nga SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë në Maqedoninë Veriore, Shqipëri, Bosne e Hercegovinë, Serbi dhe në Kosovë, i financuar nga Ministria Federale Gjermane për Bashkëpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillimor – BMZ dhe Fondit Hermann Gmeiner Gjermani – HGFD i cili ka për qëllim të permirësojë mundësitë për punësim dhe pjesëmarrje aktive të të rinjëve në rrezik në tregun e punës, fton kompanitë e specializuara dhe të interesuara për të ofertuar për: Blerjen e një veture të re
Me këtë rast shpallim Ftesë për Ofertë për të gjitha kompanitë e autorizuara për shitje dhe servisim të veturave
Kompanitë e interesuara mund të marrrin specifikacionin deri me: 03 Tetor 2024 në email adresën:

Ofertuesi së bashku me ofertën duhet të dorëzojë:
- Çertifikatën e regjistrimit të biznesit/ NUI
- Çmimi duhet të kuotohet në euro pa tvsh (duke përfshirë të gjitha shpenzimet tjera përcjellëse nëse ka)
- Oferta duhet të jetë e nënshkruar dhe e vulosur /apo në letër me logo zyrtare
- Dëshmi që jeni përfaqësues i autorizuar për shitje dhe servisim nga prodhuesi i automjeteve
- Afati i liferimit të veturës më së largu 15 ditë nga data e nënshkrimit të kontratës
Vlefshmëria e ofertës duhet të jetë (30 ditë) nga data e mbylljes së Ftesës për Ofertë
Me rastin e nënshkrimit të kontratës ofertuesi i përzgjedhur duhet të dorëzojë prova se personi përgjegjës dhe pronari i biznesit nuk janë nën hetime për vepra penale/ ose vërtetimin tatimor.
Ofertuesit e interesuar mund t’i dorëzojnë dokumentet dhe ofertën e mbyllur në pliko/ zarf (2 kopje), të nënshkruara nga përfaqësuesi ligjor dhe të shënuara me kodin “ Oferta për Veturë”. Ofertat duhet të dorëzohen deri me datën: 04.10.2024 në zyret e SOS Fshatrave të Fëmijëve Kosovë, në adresën Velani 1 Tetori, p.n. Prishtinë çdo ditë pune nga ora 09:00-15:00.

SOS Children’s Villages for the needs of the Regional Project “Youth Empowerment Enabling Prospects YEEP” II, a project which is implemented in northern Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and in Kosovo by SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic and Development Cooperation – BMZ and the Hermann Gmeiner Germany – HGFD, aims to improve employment opportunities and active participation of young people at risk in the labour market; Invites specialized companies interested to offer for: Buying a new vehicle
We hereby announce an Invitation to Offer for all authorized companies
Interested companies can receive the specification until: 03.10.2024 at the email address:

The bidder must submit:
- Business registration certificate/ NUI
- Prices must be quoted in euros without VAT (including all other accompanying expenses if any).
- The offer must be signed and sealed/ or on paper with an official logo
- Proof that you are an authorized sales and service representative from the vehicle manufacturer
- The deadline for the delivery of the vehicle is no later than 15 days from the date of signing the contract.
Bid validity must be (30 days) from the closing date of the Invitation to Bid
Upon signing the contract, the selected bidder must submit evidence that the responsible person and the business owner are not under investigation for criminal offenses/or tax certification.
Interested bidders can submit the documents and the sealed bid in an envelope (2 copies), signed by the legal representative and marked with the code “Vehicle Offer”. Offers must be submitted by the date: 04.10.2024 at the offices of SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo, Velania 1 Tetori, p.n. Pristina every working day from 09:00-15:00.
