Position Title: Labor Team Leader 

Location: Poland

Position Overview:

Lead a team of laborers in maintaining the warehouse, ranges, and equipment. Manage daily tasks, oversee inventories, and ensure proper equipment maintenance. Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in labor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team in completing daily tasks.
• Manage inventory, storage, and material handling.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Oversee the construction of targets and related tasks.
• Support live fire exercises by managing target setup and maintenance.
• Maintain records using basic computer tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of labor supervision experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Basic knowledge of tools, carpentry, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and English proficiency.
